Sanolife® PRO-2 is a highly concentrated microbial mixture. It contains selected Bacillus strains that grow and perform directly in the gut of shrimp.
The different strains produce exoenzymes that support the digestion of feed and result in lower FCR. They also produce compounds that inhibit the growth of Vibrio and other pathogenic bacteria inside the gut. Uneaten feed, detrimental to the water quality, and other waste (e.g. faeces) are broken down rapidly thanks to the continued activity of the Bacillus, resulting in cleaner ponds and improved water quality.

Survival improvement during EMS (AHPND) challenge
Sanolife® PRO-2 reduces Vibrios count and, thus decreases toxins causing Early Mortality Syndrome (EMS). Survival rate is improved under EMS challenge (data from Vietnam)

Use & Storage
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Dosage of Sanolife® PRO-2 between 1g and 10g per kg of shrimp feed, according
to rearing conditions.
- Mix the required quantity with clean, fresh water or a good quality fish oil.
- Top dress the pellets evenly with the prepared mixture.
- Let the pellets absorb the mixture between 30 minutes (at least) and two hours. Avoid direct exposure to the sun or temperatures above 50°C.
- Feed the pellets to the shrimp. If the pellets are coated with oil, they can be stored in a cool place for a maximum of 3 days.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 24 months.
