LPB FROZEN SHELLFISH DIET®
For Larvae, Post-larvae and Broodstock bivalves, a highly concentrated, nutritious mix of TET, TW and TP - species that have all demonstrated success with a variety of shellfish including oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, and sea cucumbers.
A large green flagellate with a very high lipid level. It also contains natural amino acids that stimulate feeding in marine animals. It is an excellent feed for larval shrimp. The shelf Life is 2 years frozen and 3 weeks once thawed. Strain: PLY 429
A small diatom (4.5-8 µm x 6-10 µm) used in the shrimp and bivalve larviculture industry. It has been found to be excellent for larval shrimp. Unlike many diatoms, the omega-3 fatty acid profile of TP provides, in addition to ample EPA (20.5% of fatty acids), significant DHA (6.3% of fatty acids).
Thalassiosira weissflogii is a large diatom (6-20µm x 8-15µm) that is used in the shrimp and shellfish larviculture industry. This algae is considered by several hatcheries to be the single best algae for larval shrimp.

Our standard high-protein, high-polar lipid microalgae blend for enrichment, gut-loading and rotifer storage. Commonly used by hatcheries of oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp as well as DHA enrichment for rotifers for finfish feeding.

Our high-phospholipid, high-protein microalgae blend for rapid enrichment. Achieves near optimal enrichment in 1–2 hours with rotifers grown on RotiGrow® Plus (2-3 hours for rotifers grown on Nanno).
