Rotifer culture is doing great and clownfish hatch day is Monday night!
Reed Mariculture live marine rotifers arrive as fresh and reproduce very well. Zebrafish fries can be raised with very little mortality, especially when raised in 5ppt salt water, together with a daily supply of day1 brine shrimp and green algae all together.
Unfortunately, the rotifers were dead upon arrival. I sent an email hoping they could replace them but have had no response so far. I compounded the issue by ordering late so it took a week to receive a two day shipment (my fault). I have ordered from Reed in the past and this is the only time everything wasn't perfect. I know how hard everyone works and I do appreciate it. Something just went wrong somewhere. I will try again when my finances will allow.
