DIRECTIONS:

  1. Dilution and mixing:
    1. Add system water to a small bucket.
    2. Add Iso 1800 and stir.
    3. DO NOT BLEND; it is unnecessary and may damage the algae cells.
    4. Pour into rotifer enrichment tank or larvae tank. Pouring through a 20- micron screen can improve dispersion
  2. Feed according to the table below. Adjust dosage to meet the needs of your hatchery and larvae.
  3. Divide daily ration in to 4–6 feedings per day.
  4. Refrigerate Iso 1800 when not in use.

TYPICAL FEEDING RATION:

Greenwater:

Greenwater feeding rates are often correlated with rotifer stocking density. Optimal greenwater density ranges from 16,000 cells/ml to 80,000 cells of ISO 1800 per ml. This is equivalent to feeding Nannochloropsis at 2ml/1,000 liters to 10ml per 1,000 liters per feeding, fed 2 to 6 times a day

Rotifer Enrichment:

Feed rotifers for 24 hours from the table below. Divide the feed into 4–6 feedings.

Iso 1800 can be used as a stand-alone enrichment or an enrichment supplement.
