Live Rotifers

  • Orders of less than 10 million can usually ship same day if the order is placed by the cut off time
  • Orders of 20 million to 1.5 billion rotifers usually require advance notice. Please contact us to request a quote.

Chlorella DHA/EPA

  • Ships fresh from California on Monday or Friday, depending on the destination. Orders must be placed at least six days in advance.

*Two-day shipping orders placed after Wednesday at 11am will be shipped on Monday of the following week. Overnight shipping orders placed after Thursday at 11am will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

+Three day super-saver shipping is available during cooler months only (generally Nov thru March, weather permitting)

Additional Info:

  • Orders received after the 11am cut-off time, will be shipped the same day when time permits
  • Orders placed ater 11am Wednesday and before 11am Thursday must be shipped via overnight delivery for same week shipping
  • For orders placed after 11am Thursday, please contact us to see if Saturday delivery is available in your area
  • Large orders can also be shipped via air cargo. Please contact us to find out about availability in your area
  • Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping and delivery times

International Shipping

International orders Ship via FedEx, or CIF to the nearest airport, generally on Monday or Friday, to allow sufficient time for Customs Clearance. All import requirements and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Excellent customer service is our priority at Reed Mariculture.
If you received the wrong product, contact us and we will immediately send you a replace at no charge.
If you have ordered a perishable product and need to return it, please contact us to see if that will be possible.
If you have ordered a non-perishable product and need to return it there will be a 5% restocking fee.
